We can meet in person, for a Zoom chat, or start the process over the phone. We will discuss where you'd like to go, preferences, wish list and all the important details you want for your trip. Or fill out a Client Information Form and I will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
Next, you will receive proposals tailored to your needs. You’ll get to look over options and see details catered specifically to your travel desires, budget, dates, and special requests. You’ll tell me your preferences, what you can do without, and anything you’d like changed or added. Basically, we’ll work back and forth until we have the perfect itinerary tailored to your specifications!
After you complete the Trip Booking Form, I will take care of all the details! Payment information will be collected in a PCI complaint manner, then reservations, deposits, arrangements, and bookings will be completed. All you need to do is mark your calendar and start counting down the days until departure!
